How long will I be without my computer?

We like to get started on your computer the day you call or stop by. That being said, we strive to be very thorough and get your problems fixed right the first time. Barring any shipping delays, we’re averaging around 3 days!

What if I can’t wait that long?

If three days is too long to wait, and you need to stay connected, ask us about our loaner computer program while yours is in the shop. We also offer remote repair as long as you’re not experiencing hardware failure, or internet connection problems.

Do you guys work on macs?

Absolutely. We install Mac upgrades, replace the occasional piece of hardware, upgrade hard drives to add more storage space to your Mac, and handle pesky software glitches. We also replace cracked screens, order replacement batteries and chargers, and clean up software if your Mac feels bloated.

What are the most commons signs of a hard drive crash?

These are the most common descriptions of problems that end up being a bad hard drive:

What are your normal pick-up and drop-off hours?

Appointment times are very flexible. Pick-ups are during normal business hours 10am to 6pm or by appointment. For commuters, we meet at a convenient place like your office, the gym, or a nearby restaurant!

Do you offer in-home service?

We offer in-house service for quick fixes and network installs. For everything else, we offer pick-up and drop-off service. Either way, you don’t have to do anything but pick up the phone.
